Lenssa Mohammed is a social and clinical psychologist and systemic family therapist. She has ten years of work experience in the field of migration and psychosocial support for refugees and survivors of human rights violations. At SFU she has been teaching social psychology, qualitative research methods and scientific writing. Currently she is conducting psychological skills seminars, including biographical self-exploration, communication and autobiographical writing. She is also working for the German Association of Psychosocial Centers for Refugees and Victims of Torture (BAfF e.V.) on the assessment and improvement of health services for refugees in Germany.
