is employed in his own law firm as a specialist in copyright, trademark, competition, design, media, advertising and music law. He worked as an assistant at the Research Institute for European Affairs at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and the European Institute of Public Administration in Luxembourg. He gained teaching experience as a university lecturer at various universities, including the Technical University of Prague, the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and the Vienna Advertising Academy.
