Karin Leven, Master of Arts for Organizational Consulting, Supervision, Coaching and Dipl.-Ing. Landscape Planning, has been a consultant with her own company since 2008. Her focus is on leadership and team development, mediation as well as individual coaching for professionals. She holds certifications in systemic coaching (DGfC), supervision (DGSv) and mediation (IfK). Previously, as a research assistant at the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, she led the study course in adventure education and outdoor training (2004-2008), worked as a project manager and education consultant at the Center for Adventure and Environmental Education (ZERUM) in Ueckermünde (1996-2003), and designed participation processes as a planning facilitator for Stadtlandschaft Hannover (1995-1996).
