Barbara Laimböck, born in 1961, qualified as a doctor of medicine in 1986. General practitioner since 1991. Specialist in anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine since 1995. Psychotherapist specialising in KIP since 1997, and in hypnosis since 2005. Lectures in Germany and abroad. Teaches at the SFU in Berlin and Vienna. Publications in academic journals on art and psychotherapy. Board member of the Doctors’ Art Association.
Clinical focus and teaching specialisms: neuroscience, creativity, gerontopsychotherapy, psychotherapy for sexual dysfunction.
