graduated in business administration, law and mediation training. She is also trained in Gestalt therapy, rhetoric, didactics and hypnotherapeutic communication. Dr. Kleindienst-Passweg is employed as a judge in Vienna. Her broad range of activities includes many years of management experience and mediation practice in the areas of business, civil and family mediation. She is an occasional rapporteur for the Council of Europe on mediation in South Eastern Europe and a trainer for the Lawyers' Academy (awak), incite (wko), aba ceeli American Bar Association, University of Liechtenstein, Judiciary (olg Vienna).
