Previously General Legal Counsel in Vienna and, among other things, Visiting Professor at the University of Sassari, Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law, University Assistant at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Research Assistant at the University of Bayreuth.
Editor and author of commentaries on Austrian and European consumer law and the Air Passenger Rights Regulation (2nd edition 2025), leg cit5 – Guide to Legal Citation, and the Luxembourg List on Tourism Law (LuxLiT), among other publications.
Co-editor of the legal journal Reiserecht aktuell (RRa) published by C.H. Beck, Vice-President of the Society for Travel and Tourism Law (Hamburg) and the Travel Industry Club Tourism (Vienna).
