is Deputy President of the Constitutional Court. From 1997 - 1999 he was an assistant at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna. From 1999 - 2006 he worked as a constitutional law clerk at the Constitutional Court. In 2006 - 2011, DDr. Frank worked as a legal affairs officer in the Office of the President. Furthermore, he has been a lecturer and examiner in the basic training for federal employees with legal knowledge since 2003. Numerous publications in the field of public law. He studied law at the University of Vienna and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
